Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical support to the school community
- Set up and maintain equipment
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
- Offer technical advice and best practice guidance
- Support senior team members with technical projects
- Collaborate with team members across three schools
- Engage in various IT projects involving enterprise technologies
- Ensure a high standard of support and responsiveness to user needs
