- Develop and refine bakery recipes in our test bakery
- Manage a varied bakery portfolio including FOTM, Decorated Cakes, and traybakes
- Validate product concepts and prepare costings
- Complete stage gate documentation
- Participate in customer-facing submissions and presentations
- Collaborate closely with the Concept Manager and Concept Technologist
