Responsibilities
- Build analytical layers and dashboards in our BI platform
- Develop metric definitions and modelling logic for multiple teams
- Provide analysis of product, operational, and financial performance
- Create reusable data models for scalable analytics and automation
- Implement validation and monitoring for data reliability
- Design, build, and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines using SQL
- Optimize database queries, indexes, and schemas for performance
- Consolidate finance reporting into consistent analytical models
- Review and automate manual reporting workflows
- Identify data source reliability issues and produce remediation plans
- Standardize core entities and metrics across systems and teams
Description

We are looking for a hybrid Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineer to lead the analytical foundations of our business. This is a hands-on role that combines analysis and engineering, allowing you to influence our data environments evolution and improve our systems. This position is based remotely in the UK, with occasional travel to Peterborough and Nottingham during the onboarding phase and as needed.
