Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical experience in NEC Housing management software
- Oracle Databases knowledge
- Experience with relationships and SQL scripting (preferred)
- Project Workload Management experience
Responsibilities
- Provide expert housing management application technical knowledge to facilitate change
- Develop and implement changes to Hydes housing management application according to specifications and requirements
- Facilitate the implementation of appropriate technical solutions to meet organizational objectives
- Provide specialist consultancy to all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Manage application upgrades and implement new functionality
- Identify and implement process/technical improvements
- Provide help, advice, and assistance with the delivery of support and training services
