- Active Directory - Password resets, adding new users
- Windows 10 imaging, troubleshooting
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware break/fix
- Basic network and server support
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with the imaging of Windows 10 machines
- Perform password resets and user account management in Active Directory
- Support basic network and server-related inquiries

We are a global client based in Broughton, offering an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on an initial 6-month contract with potential extensions.
