- Windows 10 imaging, troubleshooting
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware break/fix
- Basic network and server support
- Excellent communication skills

- Provide IT support to users, resolving issues related to hardware and software
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Perform troubleshooting on Windows 10 systems
- Handle break/fix tasks for PCs, laptops, and printers
- Assist with basic network and server support
