Requirements
Must:
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
- I possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, confidently engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- I am proactive, self-motivated, and delivery-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- I am skilled in mapping and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- I am empathetic and user-focused, with a passion for solving real-world problems and driving positive outcomes.
- I have proven experience (typically 3 years) in a Business Analyst or similar role, working across both technical and non-technical teams.
- I demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- I have experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and build consensus.
- I am competent in using business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence.
- I am familiar with both functional and non-functional requirements and can document them in a structured format.
- I possess a strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- I have knowledge of project lifecycles and software development processes, with experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- I engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business needs, goals, and challenges.
- I conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit detailed requirements and understand current operations, identifying opportunities for quick-win process improvements.
- I document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and structured format.
- I translate business needs into actionable specifications for both technical and non-technical teams.
- I map current ("as-is") processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.
- I design improved ("to-be") workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- I identify opportunities for automation and AI, framing them in terms of measurable business outcomes.
- I support testing and validation of new systems, processes, or tools to ensure they meet business requirements.
