Requirements
Must:
We seek an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer who has at least 3 years of experience in a technical IT support role, specifically in 2nd and 3rd line support. It’s essential that you have proven your dedication to professional development by obtaining industry-recognized qualifications, such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP/MCSE. You should have direct experience with common MSP tools and technologies, including RMM solutions, Azure, and Office 365, as well as a solid understanding of leading Cyber Security solutions.

Responsibilities
As our IT Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will handle 2nd and 3rd line technical issues. You must possess proficiency in Microsoft OS versions 7-10 and Windows Servers, Azure AD, Active Directory, PowerShell, as well as Windows Server and Hyper-V. You will also need excellent knowledge and management experience with Office 365 and Azure, particularly with SharePoint. Familiarity with MDM Solutions, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, SAN, NAS), and market-leading firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi solutions is a must. You will also work with top backup and recovery solutions and cyber security measures, including Microsoft Intune.
Description

Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are crucial, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering high-quality support. A valid UK driving license is required for occasional travel between our locations.
