Requirements
Must:
- You have experience leading software engineering teams.
- You were a developer in the past, preferably with experience in the Microsoft stack.
- Ideally, you have experience with cloud platforms and microservices.
- You understand the operations of large businesses.
- You are results-driven while also developing people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and believe in agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a high-performing engineering team in building scalable enterprise solutions.
- You will mentor talented developers and bridge the gap between product vision and delivery.
- You will face fresh challenges daily, collaborating with teams across the business to shape what is being built.
- You will drive Security, Identity & Access Management, and system resiliency alongside feature development.
Description
