Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of analysis for new system initiatives, gathering requirements and mapping processes
- Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions before development or configuration begins
- Introduce lightweight analysis discipline into projects while maintaining fast-moving delivery
- Support and optimize ERP and other business systems, including B2B ecommerce and warehouse platforms
- Create clear documentation, workflows, and reporting to improve system adoption and efficiency
Description
We are looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced and collaborative business systems team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to introduce structured analysis and documentation into system projects while working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, B2B Commerce, and Warehousing. Our collaborative, delivery-focused IT team embraces hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
