Requirements
Must:
- Technically confident with SaaS systems and enjoy working in digital environments.
- Organised and detail-oriented with experience in handling data.
- Problem solver who can diagnose issues, propose solutions, and follow through.
- Clear communicator able to support non-technical colleagues.
- Excited by fast-growing businesses, modern tools, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred: Experience with a property management system, serviced accommodation, hospitality, or property operations.
- Preferred: Admin experience with integrations, APIs, or workflow tools.
- Preferred: Understanding of finance workflows, invoicing, or revenue management systems.
- Preferred: Excellent Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools such as finance, guest communications, and channel management.
- Support onboarding of new properties, units, users, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer on system enhancements and optimisation.
- Provide first-line and second-line support across TCHPs digital ecosystem, including Slack, Teams, and other tools.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and compliance across systems.
- Assist in implementing new applications and upgrades.
- Support process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Work with Operations, Guest Services, Finance, and Sales to improve system usage.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts as required.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and time-saving across the business.
