Requirements
Must:
- Must have hands-on experience of the ACBS application within Wholesale Lending Operations
- Hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ, either from an operational capacity or through an implementation/upgrade project capacity
- Proven knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking lending processes and procedures
- Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and adapt to new systems and processes
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Run a Migration Pod and drive execution on data migration, risk & control, training, and business process alignment
- Work in tandem with the Wholesale Lending Servicing and Facility Capture teams to ensure data compatibility for migration to the Loan IQ platform
- Lead all test migrations, dry run activities, and migration go-live
- Manage pre and post-migration data recognition and identify resolution for discrepancies
- Use reconciliation proactively to improve data quality for future migrations
- Liaise with all stakeholders and drive data clean-up activities as well as process optimisation/automation opportunities
- Ensure proper review and sign-off of project artefacts
- Facilitate recommendations on migration execution and obtain sign-off from stakeholders on future state design decisions
- Support systems implementation and execution into BAU, providing on-site support, guidance, and issue escalation
- Ensure continuous improvement by applying feedback to delivery plans
- Communicate clearly and confidently to a global audience
- Extract and interpret data for presentations and deliverables for stakeholders
- Co-manage migration deliverables for the offshore team
Description
We are seeking a Loan IQ Migration Analyst to support the end-to-end migration of Wholesale Lending processes onto the Loan IQ platform. This role is integral to our team and will involve close collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, and operations. The position is based in London or Manchester, requiring 2-3 days on-site. We offer a 6-month contract starting in January 2026, with a competitive rate of £550 per day.
