Requirements
Must:
- CeMAP qualified
- Experience in mortgage brokerage or a related field
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple renewals and client interactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and service an allocated portion of our existing client bank
- Handle approximately 15–20 mortgage renewals per month for clients maturing in 6 months
- Contact clients, complete fact-finds, and provide mortgage and protection advice
- Address overflow from Google Ads online leads as they come live
- Add value to the database through further borrowing, home improvements, and investment opportunities
- Maintain CRM notes and update the pipeline regularly
- Collaborate closely with case managers and the wider team to ensure smooth completions
Description
We are an established Mortgage Brokerage located in Essex, currently expanding our team with a driven and client-focused Mortgage Broker specializing in client bank management and renewals. This role is relationship-driven, focusing on engaging with clients ahead of product maturity and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth. We offer commission on existing client bank business and protection products, along with future opportunities to join new business divisions. Interviews are available immediately.
