Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2+ years in the field. You should possess strong test scripting skills and have experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium. A solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with bug tracking systems like DevOps or ClickUp is required. We value excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Tester, you will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on our requirements and specifications. You will perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing as needed. Your role will involve identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using a bug tracking system and analyzing test results to provide clear and concise reports. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks, implement and maintain a robust test automation framework, and integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback will be key. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

This role is a full-time permanent position with a salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
