Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain logistics technical delivery
- Experience of working on SAP projects
- Experienced in managing multiple IT projects including large projects concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passionate about technology with the ability to translate solutions for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers
- Experience with budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Full project life cycle skills
Responsibilities
- Understand key business/Technology plans and current priorities to deliver Infrastructure projects
- Deliver Technology projects to drive time/cost and quality improvements
- Lead SAP related Supply chain projects
- Define, document, and successfully complete complex projects
- Direct and counsel project team members and advise stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project quality and risk plans
- Monitor and control team performance against plans
- Maintain effective financial project progress forecasting
- Monitor and control project budget and resources
- Implement change control procedures for project changes
- Formally close projects and review lessons learned
- Evaluate and make recommendations on technical options
- Act as the liaison between customer and supplier organizations
- Present and report to C-suite level
