Requirements
Must:
- Experience in SDWAN design and implementation (Fortinet, Meraki)
- Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Knowledge of WAN and LAN technologies
- Familiarity with VPNs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and QoS
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in project management and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, and other vendors
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance (ISO9001, ISO27001)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage SDWAN projects for our clients
- Configure and troubleshoot network equipment including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Ensure the effective implementation of WAN and LAN technologies
- Maintain and support VPNs, MPLS configurations, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
- Document network configurations, processes, and project plans
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Adhere to security standards and compliance measures throughout project execution
Description
