Must:
We are looking for someone with strong SQL skills, comfortable writing complex queries and optimizing performance. Proven experience in designing data warehouses and building ETL pipelines is essential. You should have knowledge of embedded reporting tools and data integration, particularly with API-based methods. Proficiency in modern BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is necessary. You must have the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights, and experience mentoring or managing team members is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are a must.
Responsibilities
As our Business Intelligence Lead, you will spearhead the migration from legacy reporting systems to a centralized data warehouse. You will own the transition to ensure there is a single source of truth that drives decision-making. Close collaboration with leaders across all business functions to understand their requirements and turn them into clear and actionable insights will be key. You will oversee the selection and migration to a new BI platform to ensure reports and dashboards are embedded and easily accessible. Additionally, you will design and implement ETL pipelines to ensure that data flows efficiently and accurately, replacing old manual processes with automated, streamlined solutions to keep the business running smoothly. Defining data governance practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security in all reporting and analytics will be included in your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage and guide junior team members while providing coaching, feedback, and leadership.

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence Lead to take ownership of a business-wide data transformation. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand the current landscape before creating and delivering a strategy that migrates our current legacy systems to a new data warehouse-driven approach. Ultimately, we aim to make data a key enabler for both operational decisions and customer-facing insights.
