Requirements
Must:
We require that you have active SC Clearance and extensive experience in the defence sector. You should also possess expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), and Confluence, along with a strong understanding of ITSM principles such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Familiarity with JSM Automations, Workflows, and Assets (Insight) is essential. Proficiency in Jira Query Language (JQL) is also necessary. Additionally, experience with ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks is preferred, as is familiarity with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
Responsibilities
In this Jira SME role, you will provide your expertise and guidance on Jira Service Management and related tools. You will work on optimizing ITSM processes, implementing automations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring effective asset management within Jira. Your role will involve collaborating closely with teams to enhance the overall use of Jira and to support the implementation of best practices in IT service management.
Description
