Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong proficiency in C, C++, and/or other relevant embedded programming languages. You should have a solid understanding of hardware/software integration and experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment. Additionally, familiarity with safety standards such as IEC 61508 or similar, as well as industrial control system security, is essential. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on PLC programming and industrial automation. Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar PLCs, including programming, configuration, and troubleshooting, is also necessary. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, CAN) is a must.
Responsibilities
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software solutions. You will work closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration. Your role will include debugging and troubleshooting software and systems, as well as adhering to safety standards and best practices in industrial control systems. You will engage with various PLCs, focusing on programming, configuration, and ensuring system reliability.
Description
