Requirements
Must:
- Strong communicator with technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders
- Bachelorās degree (minimum 2:1)
- ISO27001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Cyber Security Essentials
- One or more: CISM / CISSP / CISA
- GDPR Practitioner (or similar)
- Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft 365
- (Desirable) Masterās degree
- (Desirable) ISO27001 implementation or audit experience
- (Desirable) ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
- (Desirable) CRISC certification
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee security policies, procedures, and awareness across the business
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Security Essentials, GDPR, and related standards
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and treatment in line with the business risk framework
- Support internal audits and provide expert governance advice
- Communicate security decisions and risks to IT and senior leadership
- Lead internal and third-party cybersecurity resources
- Assess and continuously improve the organisationās security posture
- Oversee InfoSec incident reporting and resolution tracking
- Support Change Management, including change requests, release scheduling, and production coordination
- Help define SLAs and report on performance metrics

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Ā£40,000 to Ā£50,000 based on experience, generous holidays of 30 days rising to 33 after one year (including bank holidays), free on-site parking, a pension scheme, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
