Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in technical management and full-stack development
- Proficiency in PHP 8.x, Symfony, Doctrine ORM, and WordPress
- Advanced SQL skills with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server
- Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), Stimulus JS, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, GitHub actions, and automated testing
- Understanding of AI integration, problem-solving, and technical strategy
- Strong background in office IT management, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Comfortable with security protocols and ISO 27001 compliance
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a development team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of I.T. on technical architecture and direction
- Co-manage and mentor a small development team
- Research and implement AI solutions and evaluate emerging technologies
- Design solutions for complex technical challenges
- Maintain production systems and respond swiftly to outages
- Oversee office IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment
- Occasionally travel to our Delhi office for team coordination
