Must:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IT Technician who possesses excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in technical support, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support. We seek someone who is passionate about IT, enthusiastic about supporting leaders, forward-thinking, committed to continuous improvement, and eager to share their IT knowledge. Additionally, the ability to manage and mentor junior team members, along with a self-starter attitude, is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning of our children and young people by delivering an excellent IT support service. You will be an integral part of our IT team and will contribute to the improvement and effectiveness of the IT services provided across our academies. Your responsibilities will also include managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
