Information Assurance Technical Security Specialist - Belfast

- Demonstrable experience of applying security principles within an agile delivery framework. - Evidential experience as a subject matter expert in evaluating and implementing technical security products and solutions for Public or Private sector organisations. - Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing technical security risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and tracking residual risk throughout the risk lifecycle. - Experience managing assurance and/or compliance activities associated with a defined security standard (ISO 27001, Def-Stan 05-138, NIST SP 800, NIST CSF). - Experience developing security assurance frameworks and governance models. - Experience performing formal risk assessments and producing security reporting artefacts within both on-premises and cloud-based environments. - Strong communication skills to convey technical security concepts to management, clients, and staff. - Ability to interpret and analyze detailed system design documentation to identify potential security risks and recommend mitigations. - In-depth understanding of security across the full stack of information systems (network, infrastructure, applications). - Working knowledge of UK Government and MOD security standards for defence suppliers. - Info Security Qualification: MSc (InfoSec)/CISSP/CISM or similar certifications. - SC Clearance required or must be obtained if not currently held.
