- I have graduated with a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) and have experience in configuration management processes.
- I am a communicator and a team player, willing to help and establish strong relationships with the rest of the team.
- I possess methodical and meticulous skills, with a keen eye for detail and advanced organizational abilities.
- I am proactive and capable of understanding configuration management processes and tools through the prism of contractual requirements and stakeholder needs.
- I foster continuous improvement and encourage a culture of feedback.
- I am able to multi-task and prioritize without requiring regular direct supervision.
- I support the team with good knowledge of configuration management tools and practices, as well as that of the Product Lifecycle Management domain (tools, technical data, reporting).
- I have the ability to establish and meet deadlines and understand the importance of data integrity.

Responsibilities
As a Configuration Management Administrator within Thales, I will:
- Be responsible for the registration and release of data managed in configuration.
- Verify the integrity, validity, and maintenance of records relating to the data, including traceability and history over the entire life cycle.
- Take charge of the verification of the completeness of technical and non-technical data (both internally and externally).
- Ensure the provision of up-to-date data to the relevant functions.
- Record configuration baselines and provide status on identified gaps or omissions.
- Translate the decisions of the Configuration Manager into the tool as required.
- Become a configuration management tool (PLM) expert and provide support to the project/product team.
- Archive obsolete data.
