Associate Security Consultant

- Good understanding and demonstrable experience of security risk management within the built environment. - Experience of delivering security projects within the built environment, with experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment. - Relevant degree-level qualification in security or a related built environment discipline. - Chartered member of a professional institution related to security or engineering. - Significant understanding of security risk management principles, policies, and procedures. - Excellent knowledge of current industry initiatives such as Secured by Design and security research, technology & innovation. - Experience in producing technical reports, threat and risk assessments, and operational requirements aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work stages. - Ability to engage with clients to establish clear security briefs and technology requirements. - Experience of the risk management process aligned to ISO 31000. - Ability to manage and prioritize the workload of a project team, including delegation and quality assurance of tasks and deliverables. - Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels. - Good understanding and experience of electronic security systems, physical security design, and security operations within the built environment. - Ability to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) before appointment. - Must be a sole UK National and willing to travel across the UK when required. - Willingness to be in the office or project site up to 3 days a week as part of our Hybrid working model.
