We require a minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Snowflake and 2 years of production experience using dbt (this is mandatory). You should possess advanced SQL and strong Python programming skills, along with familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience in ETL/ELT tools and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is expected, as well as knowledge of Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, streams, tasks, and query optimization.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines in Snowflake. Your role will include building and maintaining dbt models with robust testing and documentation, as well as applying test-driven development principles to ensure data quality and schema validation. You will work on optimizing pipelines to reduce processing time and costs and develop modular, reusable transformations using SQL and Python. Additionally, youll implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments via Git, automate workflows with orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt Cloud, and configure and optimize Snowflake warehouses for performance and cost efficiency.
