Senior Developer / Business Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within our organization. You will develop business requirements that effectively address these issues and explore opportunities. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to ensure that the proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will support the creation of compelling business cases justifying investment in these solutions and conduct feasibility studies to evaluate their viability. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports on project progress to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Your tasks will also include creating operational and process designs to guarantee that the solutions are implemented within the agreed scope, as well as supporting change management activities by developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and integration within the organization.
