Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Databricks, proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Knowledge of pipeline tools is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on technical role, you will design and deliver scalable data solutions. You will work closely with data leaders on architecture and strategy and mentor a small team of Data Engineers to ensure best practices are followed. Your key responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks, collaborating on data architecture to translate designs into build plans, delivering large-scale data workflows optimized for performance, and implementing data quality and validation processes.
