Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Java (17+), along with expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL integration. Familiarity with messaging platforms like MQ, TIBCO, Kafka, and Solace is essential. You should have a solid understanding of RDBMS such as Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL, as well as experience with Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.0. Proven ability to architect, design, and debug applications is a must. We value strategic thinking and the capability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Highly valued skills include:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Distributed caching (Ignite, Redis)
- Modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
As a VP Full Stack Developer, you will deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies. Participation in code reviews is expected to promote code quality and knowledge sharing, while ensuring secure coding practices and effective unit testing. Staying informed on industry trends and technology innovations will also be part of your role.
