Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading Power BI adoption and roll-out across an organization.
- Strong end-to-end Power BI development skills.
- Power BI administration experience, including workspace setup, governance, permissions, and monitoring.
- Proficient in Power Query for data transformation.
- Advanced DAX measure writing skills.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to Databricks is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to person for all things Power BI, driving strategic adoption across the business.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and define reporting requirements, translating these into impactful, scalable Power BI solutions.
- Manage a small team of Power BI Developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards.
- Shape how Power BI is rolled out and embedded across the organization, including centralizing existing data sources and reports.
- Improve data literacy and advise on best practices for Power BI administration, covering workspace management, governance, permissions, and usage monitoring.

Our data is stored in Azure, and we’re committed to using the latest analytics technologies, including Databricks, making this a great next step for someone looking to grow with a forward-thinking business. We offer a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, a 3% employer pension contribution, and flexible working options. Please note that this is a permanent role for UK residents only. The position does not offer sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions. Some roles may be subject to successful background checks, including a DBS and Credit Check.
