We are looking for a successful applicant with experience leading a team of developers and a strong background in C#, .Net, and AWS.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Developer, I will work closely with the Engineering Manager to set the technical direction for our projects. My responsibilities will include ensuring the successful planning, execution, and on-time delivery of engineering projects. I will manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate any potential risks. I will also provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping to solve complex technical challenges and getting hands-on to ensure successful deliveries. Additionally, I will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase value, efficiency, and productivity.
Description
We are an independently owned, B Corp accredited service provider, and I am excited to invite a Lead Developer to join our team. You will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a team of 7, playing a key role in our engineering success.
