Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical background with advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience delivering analytics solutions within modern cloud data platforms
- Experience leading teams across analytics and BI delivery
- Strong understanding of data modelling, including dimensional modelling
- Experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions, including dashboards, semantic models and insight storytelling
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of analytics workstreams within broader data platform or transformation programmes
- Manage and mentor teams of analysts delivering end-to-end solutions
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, clarify definitions and align teams on delivery outcomes
- Design and oversee development of modern analytics solutions including data pipelines, reporting platforms and analytical services
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including shaping proposals, estimating delivery effort and defining team structures
- Develop reusable assets such as analytics frameworks, testing approaches and transformation playbooks
