Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience developing AI, ML or Generative AI applications within complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with AWS cloud services - particularly Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Lex and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience working with deep learning frameworks or LLM-related toolkits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI, ML and Generative AI applications across major digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business and technical objectives into engineering roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Develop scalable AI systems using Python, LLMs and cloud-native services.
- Evaluate and optimise Large Language Models, prompts and model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms.

This role sits at the centre of the AI-driven technology function, shaping engineering strategy, building scalable AI applications, and integrating LLM-powered capabilities into systems used by thousands of colleagues every day.
