Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AI architecture within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML/GenAI concepts, model lifecycle design and enterprise deployment patterns
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and LLM toolkits
- Strong grounding in conceptual and logical architectural design, including integration and security considerations
Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML/GenAI architectural design across major insurance transformation programmes
- Translate strategic objectives into AI architecture roadmaps, operating models and solution designs
- Design scalable AI architectures integrating with cloud and insurance-specific systems
- Select and recommend appropriate cloud, open-source and third-party AI technologies
- Support delivery of pilot and production AI use cases alongside data scientists and engineers
- Champion responsible and ethical AI practices, ensuring regulatory compliance

We are seeking a Lead AI Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions within large, complex organisations in the insurance sector. This role sits at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, shaping architecture strategies, enabling scalable AI platforms and integrating advanced machine learning capabilities into mission-critical systems.
