Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Access Management, IAM, PAM, and MFA
- Deep knowledge of Silverfort architecture, agentless MFA, and policy design
- Solid experience with Active Directory and core authentication protocols:
- LDAP
- Kerberos
- NTLM
- RADIUS
- Good knowledge of network fundamentals, including firewalls and proxies
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, working across multiple teams
- Solid grasp of ITIL: Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience with Azure and Entra ID (desirable)
- Exposure to EDR/XDR security tooling (desirable)
- Scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and API understanding (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience creating clear, structured documentation (desirable)
- Financial services/banking sector exposure (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Silverfort platform as a core enterprise identity security service
- Lead Silverfort architecture, policy development, and cross-platform integrations
- Act as the primary point for escalated support, vendor interaction, and service improvements
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to resolve issues and support ongoing programmes
- Produce high-quality technical and non-technical documentation, guides, and artefacts
Description
We are offering a long-term opportunity for an experienced Silverfort SME / Infrastructure Architect to join our large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of a unified identity and access platform, acting as the subject matter authority for Silverfort. This role is well-suited for those with strong Identity & Access Management expertise and a deep understanding of authentication protocols, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. The position is hybrid, based in Knutsford, with a competitive day rate of £610.
