Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in Change & Risk Management within Financial Services. A strong understanding of AWS Cloud and modern deployment environments is essential. Familiarity with Scaled Agile or similar delivery frameworks is needed, as well as the ability to design and implement service-oriented processes. We seek strategic thinkers with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership is a must, along with the ability to thrive in a high-volume change environment with a focus on service design.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead and evolve change release and risk management practices across our data platforms. I will design and implement a service transition framework to effectively manage hundreds of monthly changes. Additionally, I will develop a guidebook for platform change standards to ensure consistent and safe deployments. Collaboration with engineering teams will be necessary to guarantee alignment with best practices and governance. I will measure success through internal customer feedback and service quality metrics and manage a growing team of up to 8 professionals. Staying current with industry trends and applying modern testing, DevOps, and CICD strategies will also be key responsibilities.
