Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of commercial full stack experience working with React and Node.js
- Hands-on DevOps capabilities with experience deploying production systems to AWS
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Tailwind
- Strong understanding of API and database design, particularly with PostgreSQL
- Ability to create clean UI/UX from broad requirements
- Experience with Docker and GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automated deployments
- Comfort in working autonomously within small teams
- Ability to take ownership of problems end-to-end, including infrastructure and deployment

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new internal web applications from scratch, starting with a procurement and project finance tool
- Own the full lifecycle of the development process, from concept and wireframe to API and database design, deployment, and iteration
- Build out the front end using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Build and maintain APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL, focusing on scalable and secure server-side code
- Set up and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring robust development, staging, and production environments
- Collaborate directly with leadership to prioritize features and refine product goals
- Make contributions to product decisions, influencing what gets built and the overall direction of the projects
- Lay the groundwork for future engineers by creating reusable components, robust architecture, and clean documentation
