Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Databricks, Azure, Power Platform, and M365. You should have a proven leadership background in small technical teams, demonstrating a hands-on approach to your work. Expertise in data integration, automation, and system design is essential. Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Workday would be a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a small, agile team of technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions. I will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures and systems aligned with our strategic goals. Driving hands-on technical delivery across data engineering, automation, and integration will be a key focus. I will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful and maintainable solutions, while also mentoring and developing my team members to help them reach their full potential.
