Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Data Scientist with proven experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL. You should have a strong background in data science, analytics, or performance analysis, and experience working with NHS data or within NHS programmes. Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze NHS service data to define and measure performance outcomes. You will develop and optimize queries using Oracle DB and PL/SQL. We expect you to apply statistical and analytical techniques to assess service delivery, collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, and build and validate data models and visualizations to support decision-making. You will also be responsible for presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Description
