Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a consulting environment, including client-facing delivery and proposal development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level leaders
- Deep expertise across Insurance domains
- Strong understanding of data solutions including data modelling, data management, data quality, MDM, reporting, analytics and BI
- Hands-on experience developing data models and data dictionaries
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Insurance data models supporting a wide range of functions and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to end-to-end data and solution architecture, ensuring alignment across domains, functions and delivery teams
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to define a common language for data across the organisation
- Shape strategic roadmaps for data and AI capabilities, ensuring data foundations support analytics, reporting and machine learning use cases
- Facilitate data design workshops, gathering and documenting requirements and reviewing outputs with business and technical stakeholders
- Support business development through proposals, presentations and pre-sales activities
Description
We are seeking a Data Modelling Lead to join our specialist consulting team focused on delivering large-scale data transformation across the Insurance sector. In this senior role, you will take ownership of designing business-facing data models that underpin modern data ecosystems, including advanced analytics, machine learning, and domain-oriented data products. We offer a salary of £110,000, hybrid working from our central London office, a performance-related bonus scheme, and a comprehensive benefits package including a company pension scheme and private healthcare options.
