Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong data engineering experience, hands-on expertise with the Azure tech stack (including Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake Storage), and Databricks. You should have a proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in agile environments. Additionally, you must be capable of working closely with other leaders across the business and contributing to strategy planning sessions focused on technical execution.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to a small team that focuses on data engineering and development. You will define and maintain scalable internal data and systems architecture aligned with our business needs. You will lead the design and delivery of complex engineering solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices. Guiding the team on prioritized initiatives, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery and deliver hands-on technical change and development when required.
