Requirements
Must:
- I require proven experience as a Data Architect in enterprise environments.
- I am looking for a strong background in HR and Finance systems, ideally with Workday.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, etc.) is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.
- I seek someone with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- You will design and implement scalable data architecture solutions across HR and Finance systems.
- You will lead integration and data flow strategies between Workday and other platforms.
- Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance within Azure environments will be part of your role.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Supporting reporting and analytics enablement across the organization will be a key responsibility.
Description
I am facilitating a contract opportunity for a Data Architect to join a leading organization on a high-impact transformation program. This role is for a 6-month contract starting on 1st October 2025, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week onsite in London. The project scope involves supporting the architecture and integration of Workday within a broader HR and Finance systems landscape, utilizing Azure Cloud for data management, transformation, and analytics. The engagement can be through an umbrella company or PAYE, and the IR35 status is inside IR35.
