Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in BI leadership or senior BI positions (e.g., BI Manager, BI Lead, Senior BI Developer)
- Strong knowledge of modern BI and analytics tools, ideally including Power BI
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing and reporting best practices
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
Responsibilities
- Lead the BI strategy and ensure alignment with wider business objectives
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting suites, and self-service BI capabilities
- Manage the end-to-end BI lifecycle - requirements gathering, data modelling, visualisation, and delivery
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing BI team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights
