Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with strong SQL and data modelling expertise.

- Proven Power BI development skills are essential.
- Experience working in an Azure environment is required.

Responsibilities
- You will work across the full data lifecycle, from data transformation and SQL-based data modelling to semantic modelling, enabling the development of robust business intelligence solutions.
- Leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks, you will design and manage data pipelines that deliver high-quality, analysis-ready datasets.
- You will develop interactive and insightful reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- This role involves significant stakeholder engagement, making it essential for you to enjoy being people-facing.
Description
We are an established business in the construction space, looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst / Developer to join our growing Data team as we aim to become increasingly data-driven. You will be aligned to our Central London office, spending three days a week in the office to collaborate with your team and business stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a flair for data modelling and reporting to join a business committed to leveraging the latest technologies. We offer a salary of up to around £55,000 depending on experience, along with 25 days of annual leave plus a day off for your birthday, and a contributory pension scheme matched up to 5%. Please note that this role is for UK residents only, and we do not offer sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions. Some roles may be subject to successful background checks including a DBS and Credit Check.
