AI UX Engineer - Remote

- AWS & Generative AI expertise - Experience with AWS Bedrock including model selection, deployment, and prompt engineering - Knowledge of agentic workflow development using AWS AgentCore - Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as AWS Strands Agents, LangGraph, or similar - Proficiency in LLM integration and fine-tuning (Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent) - Strong prompt engineering skills, including chain-of-thought reasoning - Implementation experience of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - Familiarity with vector databases such as CockroachDB, Pinecone, or similar - Skills in embedding model optimisation and semantic search - Expertise in context window management and chunking strategies - Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation - Knowledge of LLM tool calling and API design - Familiarity with AWS Lambda integration with agents - Experience in guardrail implementation (hallucination detection, toxicity filtering) - Knowledge of response evaluation frameworks and A/B testing - Ability to define AI performance metrics (accuracy, latency, user satisfaction) - Advanced Python programming skills - Familiarity with AWS SDK (boto3) - Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform) - Proficiency in Git and CI/CD for ML systems - Advanced Figma skills for design and prototyping - Experience in responsive web and mobile design - Knowledge of conversational UX and chatbot design - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript - Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) - Basic knowledge of AWS services (S3, CloudFront, API Gateway)
