Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. You should have experience with high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, or C#. Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks for UI development is also essential. Additionally, a strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a must, particularly within financial workflows.

Responsibilities
As our Senior AI Evangelist, you will play a vital hands-on role in shaping and driving the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Innovating AI-powered solutions tailored to financial applications, focusing on investment banking, trading, and insurance.
- Translating complex AI concepts into clear and actionable business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Leading workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance AI literacy and upskill our teams across banking, investment, or insurance environments.
- Providing executive-level advisory guidance on AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technology trends to CxOs, Heads of Engineering, and Heads of Architecture.
- Representing our organization at conferences, webinars, and industry forums to position us as a leader in responsible AI adoption in finance.
- Collaborating with compliance, risk, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to financial-sector regulatory, ethical, and governance standards.
- Prototyping, testing, and deploying AI systems for various financial use cases, including market forecasting, customer insights, automated underwriting, fraud detection, and anti-money laundering (AML).
Description
In this role, you will build, deploy, and manage agentic AI systems and generative code workflows using LLMs, automation agents, and code generation tools within secure production environments. Youll oversee solution design, implementation, and code reviews to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability across Python and other languages. Additionally, you will develop and maintain rigorous testing and validation frameworks for AI-generated code, monitoring for anomalies and compliance risks. To summarize, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior AI Evangelist to drive the responsible adoption of AI across our organization, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration into enterprise systems.
