Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AI architecture, solution architecture or machine learning engineering
- Experience implementing cloud-based AI/ML solutions across platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and large language models
- Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search and embedding techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Responsibilities
- Translate senior stakeholder vision into AI/ML/Generative AI architecture strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Design and implement end-to-end AI and machine learning architectures
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML use cases for enterprise-scale deployment
- Select appropriate cloud technologies and AI platforms based on scalability, performance and integration requirements
- Deliver AI-enabled applications using agile delivery methodologies
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance and ethical AI standards
- Support proposal development, client engagements and go-to-market activities
Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to help design and deliver advanced AI and Generative AI solutions within our global professional services organisation. Working within a specialist AI and Data consulting practice, this role focuses on helping large insurance organisations adopt modern AI capabilities and integrate them into their existing enterprise technology ecosystems. Our offer includes a salary up to £110,000, hybrid working from our central London office, and benefits such as a performance-related bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave policies.
