- Strong telephony expertise, particularly in Asterisk and OpenSIPs installation and configuration.
- Significant experience in VOIP within the telecoms industry.
- Some experience in scripting and automation for both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with standards compliance, including PCI, CE, and ISO.
- Knowledge of Teams direct routing is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support our multi-site telephony network, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Identify areas for improvement and introduce new technologies and processes to enhance our product roadmap.
- Upgrade and update hardware/software to meet system requirements, resulting in increased productivity and stability.
- Complete installation and configuration of Asterisk voice servers to meet customer and service uptime requirements.
- Maintain and configure new Bordernet SBCs to ensure service reliability.
