We are looking for a Loan IQ Transformation Migration Analyst who has previous experience in rolling out strategic and tactical change across a large organization. You should possess a solid understanding of testing framework delivery and have a good knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking loan products and their attributes. Familiarity with key IT systems is also essential for this role.

In this role, I will expect you to run a Migration Pod and drive the execution on data migration, risk and control, training, and business process alignment. You will work on both short-term interim changes and long-term strategic changes. You will collaborate closely with the Wholesale Lending Servicing and Facility Capture teams, as well as the technology teams, to ensure that the data in the current lending platform (ACBS) is compatible and ready to migrate to the future Lending platform (Loan IQ). You will take the lead on all test migrations, dry run activities, and the migration go-live process. Additionally, you will manage the recognition of pre and post-migration data and identify resolutions for discrepancies while proactively using reconciliation to improve data quality for future migrations.

This position is an opportunity to significantly contribute to the transformation and migration initiatives within our organization. You will work with various stakeholders, including technology teams, business stakeholders, operations users, and the Migration Technology Team, to plan, manage, and execute essential system and process changes. Your expertise in business analysis, current vs future gap analysis, requirements documentation, process/procedure updates, and test script creation and execution will be critical to the successful migration to the Loan IQ platform.
