Requirements
Must:
- I possess a broad knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems, with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies including, but not limited to, Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, NTFS, and File Sharing permissions.
- I have knowledge of mobile operating systems, including both Android and iOS.
- I understand backup technologies and typical practices around data safeguarding.
- I have a solid grasp of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, and Switches).
Responsibilities
- I resolve incidents and requests in line with defined ITIL-based processes and adhere to agreed business service levels.
- I deliver IT support and troubleshooting for end users in a predominantly Windows environment.
- I monitor and manage infrastructure in the field on a day-to-day basis.
- I identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance Group IT Service Delivery.
- I engage in new and upcoming IT-related projects related to upgrades and service improvement.
- I represent Group IT within the business, always delivering world-class customer service.
- I support over 4,500 IT users across 180+ locations.
